Hello again!

I haven't posted in so long.. oh well! So, I joined this site called fiverr where you list things you would do for $5 and people can buy your service or product. It's a cool way to make some extra cash doing whatever it is you like to do. I listed that I would create a customized look on polyvore and surprisingly I have gotten several orders from small online stores, and also from people who would like some help putting outfits together. What can be better than finally getting paid to do what I love.  Here are a couple of the looks I created recently. There's just something about bow pendants. They look so delicate and feminine. Plus, they give plain outfits a touch of sophistication and make a dull outfit unique and special.

Zara Haul

Last weekend I went shopping with a friend and one of the stores we went to was Zara, which was having a huge sale, and I found some things that I want to show you. Below is everything I bought and the info...



First, I got two striped tops with embellished shoulders. The one on the left is sweater material and the one on the right is tshirt material. These were my favorite items I got, I mean stripes and embellished shoulders.. what can be better? I have already worn the one on the right for work with black pants and it's really comfortable. With tops like these I like the fact that you can dress them up or down depending on where you want to wear them to.

Next I got two tanks. I love the birds on the black one and the other one is just a basic tank that I could not pass up for the price. Both of them are really soft.

The last things I got were a skirt and two belts. The belts were a really good deal and I am sure I will get really good use out of them since I like to wear all of my flowy tops and dresses with belts. The skirt is made out of a gabardine like material and the gray waist is a stretchy swearter fabric.

Ad Campaign: Julianne Moore For Bvlgari Fall 2010

One of my favorite fall 2010 ad campaigns. I think Julianne looks amazing and the lion cubs are adorable.

Funky Dunkey by OPI

I did my nails with OPI's funky dunkey from the Shrek collection. I did a base coat, then two coats of funky dunkey, a multi-colored glitter coat on my ring finger, and finally a top coat.

Funky dunkey is a rich opaque purple. Really pretty and it looks gorgeous, and lighter, in the sunlight. The glitter nail just gives the whole look a pop.

The products I used: OPI base coat, OPI funky dunkey, jordana glitter polish, and seche vite fast drying top coat (the best).
